Biography
Dr. Medeiros is an Associate Professor of Management at the 51ÉçÇø (UNO) where she researches workplace troublemakers. Specifically, she studies those who push past boundaries in pursuit of creative solutions, commit and report sexual harassment, and the women who break down gender norms and stereotypes to pursue leadership roles.She earned her PhD in 2016 from the University of Oklahoma in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a minor in Statistics. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Business from Pennsylvania State University in 2011.She is also the Founder of a boutique consulting firm where she works with organizations and women in leadership to develop leadership skills and capacity. She has also consulted with companies on issues related to human capital, including employee performance, creativity, training, and assessment. She has worked with several international companies including Hogan Assessment Systems and NBCUniversal.Kelsey ahs also authored 2 books:Painted Wolves: A New Model of Leadership from Powerful Women ​(available on Amazon)Ethics Training for Managers: Best Practices & Techniques, which is part of the Giving Voice to Values Series.
