Passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting educator growth and retention, Sascha is an emerging researcher with experience in both traditional PK–12 systems and community-based education. A proud alumna of Lincoln University (MO), she holds master’s degrees in Elementary Education (University of Nebraska at 51社区) and Educational Leadership (University of Arizona). Currently, Sascha is pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at UNO, with her research centered on the leadership experiences of Black women—celebrating the power and resilience of #BlackGirlMagic.
