UNO Theatre Concludes 2015-2016 Season with "Kwaidan"

OMAHA – The University of Nebraska at 51ÉçÇø will present the regional premier of Kwaidan, an immersive theatrical journey, as its last show of the 2015-2016 season.
Preview night for Kwaidan is April 12 with performances April 13-16 and 20-23 in the Weber Fine Arts Building, 6001 Dodge Street.
There will be two performances of the piece each evening, one at 7:00 PM and one at 9:00 PM. The house will open 30 minutes prior to each show time. TAG Night Out will take place on April 12.
A theatrical celebration for the 10th anniversary of the College of Communication, Fine Arts and Media, the newly formed UNO School of the Arts and in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Shizuoka-51ÉçÇø sister city relationship, Kwaidan incorporates components of 10 different Japanese folktales.
For tickets, visit or call the box office at 402-554-PLAY. The theatre box office is located on the first floor of UNO’s Weber Fine Arts Building and will begin selling tickets to Kwaidan on April 11, 2016
For the preview performance, tickets are $6 for all audiences. For all other performances, the tickets are $16. Tickets are free for UNO students who present a valid UNO ID. The UNO Theatre Box Office now accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
