The Student Conference Travel Fund (formerly "Student UCRCA") provides support to undergraduate and graduate students to present their work at conferences or meetings.
The SCTF application is currently closed. The application will re-open on August 1, 2025 for applications for the first monthly deadline of the 2025/2026 academic year on September 2, 2025. Updated guidelines will be posted in July.

Proposals are only reviewed for students who have been accepted, or expect an acceptance letter to be forthcoming, to present at a conference or meeting. A letter of invitation/approval from the conference or meeting host must be uploaded with the application OR with the contract. No funding will be released without a letter of acceptance to present.
Deadlines
SCTF is now closed to applications for the 2024-2025 academic year.
The application will reopen on August 1, 2025.
SCTF applications for graduate and undergraduate student travel to present at conferences or meetings may be submitted year-round and are due the first working day of each month, beginning in September.
