Victor Winter, Ph.D., is an expert in programming languages, software verification, and educational technologies, with a focus on program transformation and computational science.
Winter’s work has been featured in numerous academic journals, and he is a leader in developing tools for understanding computational processes. His research explores formal methods for analyzing and validating software systems, improving reliability in high-assurance environments. He is the creator of Bricklayer, an educational technology that introduces students to programming.
