The Face of War Podcast
This podcast series, created in 2022 by Barbara Robins, Ph.D., an associate professor of English, and graduate student Jessie Stewart, focuses on experiences of war and how it shapes people鈥檚 lives.

About The Face of War Podcast
This podcast series reflects how war impacts all of us by listening to the different perspectives of those that have lived it, understanding how the media shapes our views of war, understanding our own feelings, and learning life skills for managing stress, fear, and anxiety. Our goal is to educate, remind you that you aren’t alone, and give you tools to navigate living and watching war.
Season 1:
In addition to the five main episodes, “The Face of War” Season 1 contains and that looks back on the creation of the podcast through Robins’ and Stewart’s retrospection.
Season 2:
In addition to the five main episodes, “The Face of War” Season 2 contains and where the hosts reflect on their experiences creating the podcast.
