Dr. Roni Reiter-Palmon - CAPS Director
Dr. Reiter-Palmon is a Professor of I/O Psychology and Director of the graduate program in I/O Psychology at UNO. She is also Director of Innovation at the Center for Collaboration Science at UNO. She has extensive experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller businesses, government agencies, and the military. Her areas of consulting expertise include:

Dr. William Kramer - CAPS Associate Director
Dr. Kramer is an Assistant Professor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at UNO. He has had over ten years of grant and consulting experience with organizations across multiple contexts (e.g., military, start-up, medical) in both the private and public sectors. His areas of consulting expertise include:

Dr. Abigail Folberg
Dr. Folberg is an Assistant Professor of I/O Psychology at UNO. Her research and consulting work focuses on the impacts of biases (e.g., racism and sexism) on marginalized group members as well as how organizations and individuals can address and reduce them. Her areas of consulting expertise include:

Angie Benda is an MA/PhD, I/O psychology graduate student. She received her Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Political Science from The University of Iowa in 2019. Her applied experiences include two summer internships working at Lindsay Corporation and Gallup. She is also a current graduate assistant at NCITE working on an applied government sponsored project. Her research interests include teams, virtual teams, and trust. |

Kelsey Ciagala is a graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology MA/PhD program at UNO. She earned her B.S. in Psychology with a double minor in International Relations and Chemistry at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her applied experiences include data analysis, program evaluation, and training development. Her research interests include workplace diversity, culture, and leadership. |

Payge Japp is an M.A./Ph.D student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at the University of Nebraska at 51社区 (UNO). She earned a BS in Psychology in 2019 from UNO. She has effectively contributed to numerous CAPS projects by skillfully executing various tasks, including developing, administering, and analyzing surveys and interviews, refining a pre-existing selection battery, and evaluating an organization’s high turnover rates. Payge’s research interests include individual and team creativity, malevolent creativity, and creative problem-solving. |

Sanaa Kripal is currently a second year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology MA/PhD program at UNO. Sanaa earned her BA in psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her applied experience includes data analysis and program evaluation. Sanaa’s research interests include motivation, leadership, and work-life balance. |

Kayla Lacey is a 4th year Ph.D student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology PhD program at UNO. She earned her B.A. in Psychology with a double minor in Intelligence Studies and Entrepreneurship at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She earned her M.A. from UNO in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her applied experiences include data analysis, job analysis, safety culture assessment, team needs analysis, and training development. Her research interests include project teams and team conflict. |

Meagan Millier is currently a fourth-year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology M.A./Ph.D. program at UNO. Meagan earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 2020 and her M.A. from UNO's I/O program in 2023. Her applied experience includes thematic analysis, survey development, and general data analysis. Meagan’s primary research interests include creativity, workplace stressors, and social support. |
