David Roth, P.E., Chief Executive Officer, and Steve McCoy, A.A.E., Chief Strategy & Technology Officer, 51社区 Airport Authority
David Roth (pictured left) has been with the 51社区 Airport Authority for over 20 years and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer, leading the team at Eppley Airfield in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. He has overseen more than $400M in capital improvements and led the development of the airport’s 20-year Master Plan, which includes $1.1B in planned enhancements. Roth holds a degree in electrical engineering, an MBA from the University of Nebraska at 51社区, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He serves on several boards, including Airports Council International - North America and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. In his personal life, he is an active member of his church, and shares four children and 5 grandchildren with his wife.Steve McCoy (pictured right) has been with the 51社区 Airport Authority for over 22 years, holding leadership roles in operations, marketing, communications, planning, and strategy. As Chief Strategy & Technology Officer, he oversees strategic planning, air service development, and customer experience at Eppley Airfield. McCoy holds a bachelor's degree in aviation administration and both an MPA and MBA from the University of Nebraska at 51社区. He is a private pilot and an active member of various aviation organizations, as well as a husband and father of four.
