A recent study by the Nebraska Center for Justice Research (NCJR) at UNO provides a unique perspective into employers' experiences with hiring justice-involved individuals. The report, authored by UNO’s Katelynn Towne, Ph.D., and Michael Campagna, Ph.D., is integral to the Vocational and Life Skills (VLS) evaluation, aiming to uncover challenges and triumphs in onboarding individuals with a criminal history.
