Career Pathways

The Aviation Institute at the University of Nebraska at 51�� has established career path partnership programs with several airlines.

Each program is unique but shares some common features. They often lead to a conditional offer of employment or an interview with a regional airline, while some provide a guaranteed interview with a major carrier. These programs give students the chance to become familiar with the airline’s culture and build connections with airline representatives before making a career commitment. Participation requires students to be enrolled in—or have completed—a bachelor’s degree in an aviation major at UNO.
