Core Facilities
UNO Core Facilities help professionals in the University of Nebraska system, the local area, and from outside the state to advance their research or other projects.
Centers and Institutes
Multi-disciplinary and intercampus organizational entities have become increasingly important for pursuit of UNO's mission and help organize faculty and programs for numerous purposes. They are encouraged since they support important university goals.
They may be called “Centers,” “Bureaus,” or “Institutes,” or designations other than colleges or schools.
Memberships & Associations
The VRARA Association
The VR/ARA is the global industry association for virtual and augmented reality. It is an international organization designed to foster collaboration between spatial computing solution providers and end-users and connects member organizations like UNO and UNMC.
Council on Undergraduate Research
Membership allows UNO's campus community to take advantage of the shared knowledge, resources, and support of the broader CUR Community.
Any faculty, mentor, administrator, student, or staff member from UNO may join CUR at no additional cost to the individual.

Peer Review
Your proposal will benefit from peer review and critical feedback similar to that provided by a panel review, and you will have the opportunity to address potential criticisms prior to proposal submission.
NSF I-Corps
NSF I-Corps provides entrepreneurial and customer discovery training to our teams, comprised of faculty and students from UNO and the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), so they can effectively assess the commercial viability of their inventions.
